Tina Louise Hicks, 59, of Waverly, West Virginia, passed away on April 14, 2026, in Morgantown. Born on July 26, 1966, in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late George McLaughlin and Charlene Harris Cottrill. She was also preceded in passing by her husband, James Hicks.

Tina is lovingly remembered by her family, including her son Robert McLaughlin and his wife Miranda of St. Marys, her stepchildren Dennis Hicks and Nicole Hicks, and her cherished grandchildren James Hicks, Ash Hicks, Braxton McLaughlin, Christina McLaughlin, Arabella McLaughlin, Jamie Gross, and Richard Gross. Her family was a central part of her life, and she took great pride and joy in being present for them.
