The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has issued an official Missing Child Alert for a young girl out of Homestead, Florida. Community members are being urged to keep a sharp eye out and share this information to help authorities locate her safely.
Missing Person Details
Yarilis Mendez-Carrillo, age 14, was last seen on March 11 in the vicinity of the 300 block of Southwest 12th Avenue.
To help identify Yarilis, officials have provided the following physical description:
- Height: 4’7″
- Weight: 130 lbs
- Hair: Black
- Eyes: Brown
- Last Seen Wearing: A white t-shirt and blue shorts.
- Distinguishing Mark: She has a notable large circular scar located on her upper right thigh.
