A public appeal has been made in southern New South Wales as police and family continue efforts to locate 30-year-old Monique Miller, who was last seen in Young on Monday morning, 13 April.

Police said Monique was seen on Bruce Street at around 8:35 am before she was reported missing when she could not be reached the following day, prompting concern and a formal search by officers attached to the Hume Police District.

Authorities and loved ones have expressed concern for her welfare, and inquiries are ongoing as efforts continue to determine her whereabouts and ensure her safe return.

Monique is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 180 cm and 185 cm tall, slim build, with black hair and distinctive tattoos on both ankles.

She was last seen wearing black tights, white Nike joggers, a rainbow-patterned top, and a black jacket with blue stripes along the sides.

Monique is known to frequent both the Young and Wollongong areas, and anyone with information or sightings is urged to contact Young Police Station or Crime Stoppers to assist with ongoing enquiries.

Police have reiterated that the investigation remains active and are encouraging members of the public across regional New South Wales and surrounding communities to report any information, no matter how small it may seem, as it could assist in locating Monique and bringing clarity to her disappearance.

Family, friends, and the wider community continue to hope for her safe return as search efforts remain ongoing.

Anyone with relevant details is urged to contact authorities or Crime Stoppers, as the case remains a priority for investigators working to ensure Monique’s wellbeing and safe return home to her loved ones.

Updates will be shared by police as new information becomes available.
