The Kansas City Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing 71-year-old man identified as Randy Phillips. Authorities say he was last seen on East Armour Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, shortly before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
According to police, Randy is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black hat, black jacket, black shirt, and green pants.
Family members have expressed serious concern about his health and overall well-being, making the search for him especially urgent. Officers are continuing their efforts to locate him and are encouraging residents in the area to remain alert and report any possible sightings.
