The Salt Lake City Police Department has issued a missing and endangered advisory for Joshua “Kim” Mendenhall. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head. Officials noted that he has been diagnosed with respiratory failure and schizophrenia, conditions that may require ongoing medical support.
Mendenhall was last seen in Salt Lake City on April 30. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing a green jacket, a grey polo shirt, and blue jeans. Authorities also believe he may be carrying an oxygen tank, which is essential for his breathing needs.
Due to his medical condition and the possibility that he may be disoriented or in need of assistance, police are urging the public to remain alert and report any possible sightings immediately.
