According to police in the South Ribble area, the child—identified only as Csani—was last seen in Penwortham, near Preston in Lancashire, on Sunday afternoon. Officers say he was spotted around 2 p.m. near a local shop on Liverpool Road before he was reported missing.
A public appeal was issued shortly after, urging residents to remain vigilant and report any information that could help locate him. At the time he was last seen, Csani was wearing a black jacket and black jogging trousers.
He is described as approximately 4 feet 11 inches tall, with a slim build and short black afro-style hair. Police have also indicated that he may have connections to other areas, including Bootle, Nottinghamshire, and West Yorkshire, which has widened the scope of the search.
