Authorities report that a man has died following an ATV rollover at a Florence County recreation park early Sunday morning.
The Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken confirmed the victim as 25-year-old Spencer Morgan. Emergency responders pronounced Morgan dead at the scene shortly after 3 a.m. at the River Neck Acres ATV Park and Campground on River Neck Road.
