Richard Max Randolph – A 72-year-old man from El Paso has passed away following a motorcycle accident that took place in the Upper East Side area of the city, according to local authorities.
Police identified the motorcyclist as Richard Max Randolph, a resident of the Upper East Side. The crash occurred around 3:22 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, along the 3700 block of John Hayes Street, near Loma Dante Drive. The El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations Unit is handling the case.
Based on the initial findings of the investigation, Randolph had been traveling northbound on John Hayes Street when, for reasons that remain under review, he lost control of his motorcycle as the road began to curve. His motorcycle veered off course, leading to the crash. Emergency responders quickly arrived and transported Randolph to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.

She was pronounced dead shortly after the crash.
