Authorities in Harford County are investigating a late-night shooting in Edgewood that left one man dead and another seriously injured.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 11:15 p.m. on April 3 to reports of a shooting near Grempler Way and Brookside Drive. Officers arrived at the scene within minutes and found a 22-year-old man conscious and breathing with injuries to his shoulder and neck. Deputies provided immediate medical assistance, stabilizing him before he was transported by ambulance to a Baltimore-area trauma center for further treatment.
Shortly after, deputies were informed of a second victim located on the 1900 block of Eloise Lane. Officers found a 20-year-old man lying in the roadway, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite first aid efforts from deputies and emergency personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased was later identified as Bryan H. Burrows, Jr., a resident of Edgewood.
